Introduction to Meile Group

    Jiangsu Meile Holding Group (referred to as Meile Group), founded on November 11, 2009, headquartered in Danyang City, Jiangsu Province, is a diversified group company with financial investment as the leader, optical industry as the core, bicycle parts manufacturing and other industries as the basis. Up to now, the group covers an area of 1000 mu, construction area of 500,000 square meters, more than 3,000 employees, total assets of more than 4.5 billion yuan. After years of operation and accumulation, the enterprise has gradually formed a unique development ideas and management culture.

    The group currently has four major sectors under its jurisdiction, following the development philosophy of independent development and mutual integration, and has embarked on a development path from manufacturing to creation.

  (1) The Rapidly Developing Optical Industry

    Jiangsu Pentax Optical Glasses Co., LTD., under the optical plate of the group. Group optics has a significant advantage, with Birch, a pen, Futroon, Pentax and other well-known brands.

   Jiangsu Pentax Optical Glasses Co., LTD., formerly known as Shanghai Lizheng Optical, was established in 1998, with a factory area of about 15,000 square meters in Shanghai. In January 2018, it was restructured as a joint venture with Jiangsu Meile Holding Group, renamed Jiangsu Pentax Optical Glasses Co., LTD., and passed ISO certification in the same year. The new company carries out strategic cooperation with several upstream enterprises under the French Essilor Group, and gradually develops domestic high-quality channels and markets while improving stable and high-quality supply chains. In July 2020, Pentax Optics acquired the general agent of Shamir ® Optical lenses in China. And in the fifth "Extraordinary Brand Award Ceremony" Shamir won the "Extraordinary Optometry Brand Award". At the same time, Pentax has become a comprehensive development brand enterprise integrating custom labeling, high-end custom garage and OEM.

    Under the dual impact of the economic downturn and the three-year epidemic, through just a few years of struggle and efforts, Pentax Optics bucked the trend, and the annual sales volume of lenses in 2023 was close to 200W pairs, and the business scale was nearly 100 million yuan. In the future, Pentax Optics will move towards a domestic lens trade enterprise with a scale of 100 million.   

   (2) Manufacturing of bicycle parts that integrate traditional and modern technologies

    Jiangsu Meile Ring Co., LTD., founded in 1994, is the first answer sheet of Meile Group facing the society. After decades of hard work, it has developed into a professional steel ring production enterprise of cold-rolled strip steel, steel ring and electroplating one-stop production. "Meili Ring" is the top ten brands in the bicycle industry, national famous products, international recognized brands, with professional production equipment 150 sets and 20 transport equipment, professional extrusion production line 6, wheel production line 2, aluminum ring production line 8, powder production line 2, oxidation production line 1. The company currently has 365 employees, of which 43% are technicians, 30% are secondary school or above, and 20% are undergraduates or above. The annual output of the company is 46 million pairs of steel rings, 30 million pairs of aluminum rings, 10,000 tons of profiles, with an annual output value of 900 million yuan. In August 2023, it acquired Jiangsu Xinlunmei Alloy Development Co., LTD.

    Jiangsu Huajiu Spoke Manufacturing Co., Ltd. was founded in June 2002, the main bicycle, motorcycle spoke (including cap), the company has 30 spoke production lines, electroplating production line 5, electrophoresis production line 2, as well as metal rolling and wire drawing manufacturing factory, to ensure the spoke raw materials self-developed. Spoke (including cap) annual production capacity of 21.8 million Luo, the products are exported to Europe, Asia, Central and South America and other more than 40 countries and regions, up to now, Huajiu spoke has 9 famous trademarks, December 2008 "89" and graphic trademarks in 2011 by the State Administration for Industry and Commerce identified as China's well-known trademarks, the number of patents as high as 71. In 2018, it was named "High-tech Enterprise in Jiangsu Province".

    Jiangsu Chiyuan Chain Co., Ltd. was established on February 15, 2019, covering an area of 15,000 square meters, formerly known as Jiangsu Meiya Chain Co., LTD., and changed its name to Jiangsu Meile Chain Co., Ltd. in April 2023. With advanced German automatic assembly line and professional production technology experience, Chiyuan chain categories, varieties, with 14 famous trademarks, patents have reached 18, in June 2021 was rated as "high-tech enterprises in Jiangsu Province". The electric vehicle chain cooperates with a number of well-known electric vehicle enterprises in China, and the sales cover the top ten electric vehicle enterprises in China, and a number of high-speed lithium electric scooter chains are adapted to mid-mounted motors and wheel motors. Up to now, the number of annual chain production has reached 35 million, and the products are sold all over the world.

    Jiangsu Fenghui Bicycle Industry Co., Ltd. was registered in November 2022, covers an area of 13,000 square meters, the company mainly produces bicycles, electric bicycles, electric power bicycles, scooters, electric light motorcycles, tools of the two-wheeler frame, front fork, handlebars and other structural parts processing, welding and surface treatment, for a number of domestic bicycle factories to provide supporting facilities.

  The bicycle parts plate covers many industries such as electroplating, painting, spraying, electrophoresis, injection molding, mold manufacturing, wheel group processing, forming an industrial chain development model, which not only reduces the production and circulation costs of enterprises, but also enhances the competitiveness of the overall bicycle industry, from "manufacturing" to "intelligent manufacturing", so that the traditional industry can radiate new vitality.
    (3) Financial, real estate, and property sectors that serve society

    Jiangsu Meiya Real Estate Development Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of the group, was established in June 2006. The company is committed to the development and construction of high-quality residential and ecological communities. We have successively developed residential areas such as Meiya New Village, Meile Garden, Zhongyue Huacheng, and Meiya Huayue. Meiya Huayue Community won the "Jinshan Cup" award for engineering quality in Zhenjiang City in 2016. In order to improve the functional facilities of the community and enhance the quality of life of residents, the group established Danyang Zhongxin Enterprise Management Co., Ltd. in 2013, mainly engaged in property management, enterprise management consulting services, etc. For the past 10 years, Zhongxin Property has been deeply loved by residents of the community with its professional services. In 2022, Meiya Huayue Community was awarded the "Zhenjiang Demonstration Management Community". Danyang Zhongxin Rural Small Loan Co., Ltd. was established in December 2009 and operates a small loan business within the jurisdiction of Danyang. Adhering to the principles of "small, convenient, flexible, and preferential", it actively supports the economic development of "agriculture, rural areas, and farmers", operates in compliance with regulations, and prevents risks. It has been rated by the Jiangsu Provincial Financial Management Bureau as the only A-class credit enterprise in the Danyang region, and is at the excellent level of the same industry in Jiangsu Province.

    (4) The Rising and Rising Education Undertaking

    Meile Group has come step by step, deeply realizing that talent reserve is an important way for enterprises to achieve sustainable development, and emphasizing education can win the future. In order to give back to society and benefit the people, in 2019, Meile Group invested 80 million yuan to build the first-class modern Danyang Meile Forest Kindergarten in Zhenjiang. The kindergarten covers an area of 21 acres and a construction area of 13000 square meters, integrating childcare, preschool education, and professional guidance, creating a pioneer in preschool education in Zhenjiang.

   The kindergarten upholds the inclusive nature, focuses on high-end development, takes "laying the foundation for children's lifelong happiness" as the vision, aims at cultivating "natural children" with complete personality, and practices the concept of "natural education". Create a forest  outdoor environment, equipped with intelligent equipment and facilities, create a fully functional learning field, implement a variety of curriculum integration,provide temperature characteristics of services, teach home co-parenting scientific parenting concept,  and train "very special" children with "different" education.

    Since its establishment, Meile Group has won social recognition, customer trust, and talent favor. It has successively won various awards such as the "Excellent Taxpaying Enterprise" and level awards from the Communist Party of China Danyang Municipal Committee and Danyang Municipal  Government, AAA level credit enterprise, model tax exemption unit, top 20 private enterprises in Zhenjiang City, and Jiangsu Province's quality and integrity trustworthy unit.
